We have been using our iPads to begin creating our own Keynote presentation on a country of our choice. We are also doing a Keynote presentation on Mexico together as a class.
We have sampled different salsas and had guacamole ( some for the first time!).
We have completed comics on Comic Life in Spanish to incorporate the Mexican culture.
We started our study on 'The Mouse and the Motorcycle'. The students were interested to see part of the video after reading the first 6 chapters.
We are trying to make a consistent effort to speak French in the classroom. Some students have received extra gym time when they have spoken French without being reminded!
Today, we worked on a mosaic tile mural that will soon be up in the hallway to the left of the staff room doors.
Our field trip is tomorrow and the students can't wait!
